About the Trainer
Jason’s Body of Fitness was developed with the vision of helping individuals everywhere within the comfort of their own surroundings. As an experienced personal trainer who has helped hundreds of people reach their goals Jason wanted to expand his client base and become an entrepreneur, creating a unique online service of personal fitness, exercise and nutrition.
Accessed globally, he now dedicates his time trying to share his knowledge with all who require his expertise – no matter the individual’s age or fitness level. As a fitness professional Jason works closely with professional athletes in Australia keeping up with the latest exercise techniques and procedures. He also works closely with Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists and Physiotherapists to maintain a sound knowledge in preventative and rehabilitation exercises. Jason further has a Degree in Health Science with majors in Nutrition, Exercise Behaviour and Psychology. He also has a sport specific background in athletics and soccer and is a certified instructor in a range of different disciplines. He is also the author of ‘Nutrition Bible – the essential reference guide’ which is by all accounts a must have book like no other and a must have in every household.
His specialties include Nutritional advice, Pilates, Weight loss, Group Training, Sport Specific Training (Including body building, boxing, sprinting, soccer, football, golf, swimming and much much more), Core, Toning, Older Adults and Pregnancy.
