Some sample training programs these men go through (mainly the more elite forces) to reach these results are:

Swimming 1-2km 3 x p/week

Running 3-5 miles (5-8km) timed 4-5 x p/week

Chin Ups 10reps x 10sets = 100

Push Ups 20reps x 10-15 sets = 200 – 300

Sit Ups 20reps x 10-15 sets = 200 – 300
